The 24-hour nonstop HBF Fitness Challenge is known as one of the most interactive and challenging ways to donate to Telethon. After a record-breaking year in 2018 raising a staggering $200k, the stage is set for another monumental 24 hours and Realmark is extremely excited to have a team riding 24 hours together to raise money for the charity.
Anita Percudani, Realmark Executive Director and founder of Realmark’s charity arm, True Blue said Telethon has contributed an abundance to the West Australian community since its inception in 1968, and we’re honoured to be a part of the event again this year.
“Telethon really does stop the state each year, with people coming from all over Australia to host, perform and volunteer to raise money for the children and families of WA and the important services that they rely on.” Anita said.
“As a Western Australian, it’s very humbling to witness the generosity of the volunteers and donators year after year. The importance of Telethon is brought home each time I look at my own children and grandchildren.
“Riding for 24 hours is our way of contributing as a team, to hopefully make a small difference to the children and their families that are facing challenges.”
Realmark’s goal is to raise $4,800 - $200 for every hour spent on the bike. If you’d like to learn more and donate to our team, please follow this link. Your support is truly appreciated, every donation will go a long way in helping us reach our target.
We welcome all members of the community to support us this Telethon weekend at the Perth Convention Centre.
